Your site looks smart and sells nothing.

01What it involves

Six stages, and no mystery box at the end.

A website rebuild is not just a visual makeover with coding at the end; it is a sales strategy disguised as a design project. The right step-by-step order is always: website layout, written words, visual look, and technical build. You are in the room for the first two steps.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Written Pricing

One planning session covers what your website needs to do, who it is for, and what is currently holding it back. This meeting ends with your exact project plan and final price clearly written down. After that, we track any new request, cost-check it if needed, and add it only with your explicit green light.

  2. 02

Structure & Words Before Visual Design

Site layout, page structure, and the written words come before any visual design begins. Most website projects skip this step, but it is what determines whether the site actually makes sales. An attractive webpage built on a bad layout is still a page that fails to convert customers.

  3. 03

Visual Design, Built Around Your Content

First simple sketches, then design rules, then the finished web pages. You review the design as it is built rather than waiting until the end, and every screen is created using your real written words instead of fake placeholder text.

Wireframe: a page laid out in dashed boxes for the nav, hero, three cards and footer.
  4. 04

Technical Building, Tested for Real-World Performance

Built directly by the team who planned it, with no work passed to outside freelancers. Site speed and easy access are tested during the build rather than checked afterward, ensuring the website works smoothly on an older phone with a weak connection.

  5. 05

    Search & Analytics Setup

Technical SEO, structured data so AI assistants quote you correctly, and tracking, all set up before launch rather than the month after. From day one you can tell whether it worked.

  6. 06

    Project Handover, Full Ownership Included

The completed website, project files, design templates, and step-by-step instructions belong entirely to you. You hold full ownership of all assets, with no hidden monthly fees included in the price, meaning future work is simply billed by the hour whenever you need extra help.

  7. From you

What we need from you (it is a short list)

    • One decision-maker who can sign off
    • Content and access on the dates we agreed
    • Two hours a week, mostly in the first month
02Proof

Three rebuilds, numbers and all.

Not a highlight reel. Three projects where the website was the problem and the thing we fixed, with the numbers from before and after.

03Questions

Seven questions that only turn up once it is a rebuild.

Cost, timeline, team and scope live on the services page. These are the ones only a rebuild raises.

You do, from day one. The code, the design files, the domain and every account are in your name while we work, so if you leave there is nothing to ask us for. Paid plugins and fonts are licensed to you too.

Whatever your team can actually run: a hosted platform if marketing must publish without a developer, custom code if the site needs more than a page builder can do. We pick after we know who is editing it, because a stack chosen to suit the agency is the most common reason sites go stale.

Yes. Anything that changes more than once a year is editable, and you get a walkthrough recorded on your own site. Only the layout is locked, so a well-meant edit cannot break it; those changes we make for you.

It is the real risk in a rebuild, so it is handled before launch. Every old address is redirected to its new one on launch day, and titles that already rank are kept. Expect rankings to wobble for a few weeks while Google catches up; lasting damage comes from missed redirects, and that is a checklist item, not luck.

We write the structure and the first draft; you correct the facts. The words come before the design, because a layout drawn around missing copy ends up with headings nobody can fill. If someone on your team knows the subject best, we interview them.

Almost never, and we will tell you early. A new name resets recognition, breaks links and costs more in legal work and migration than the new identity itself. We only change it when it is working against you: unsearchable, unpronounceable, or already owned by someone bigger. Being bored of it is not a reason.

You do. The files are yours and every font licence is bought in your name, so you never rent your own alphabet from us. If a font charges by traffic or installs, you hear the running cost before it is chosen.
