You spend on ads every month and cannot say what worked.

01What it involves

Six stages, and the spending waits its turn.

Most arguments about marketing results are really about counting. Every tool counts leads its own way, so the board sees three numbers for one month. We agree one way to count a lead before we spend anything.

  1. 01

    One way to count leads

We agree in writing what counts as a lead and where it is counted. When two tools disagree, we have already decided which one wins.

  2. 02

    Audit what is running

What is live, what it costs and what it actually brought in. The first month’s saving usually comes from switching things off.

  3. 03

Ads made with the numbers open

We write and design the ads ourselves, guided by what the results say worked, so the losing ad does not get made twice.

  4. 04

    Budget split like a test

Each channel gets a clear goal and a set test budget. If something cannot be measured, we say so instead of calling it ‘brand’.

  5. 05

    A one-page monthly report

What was spent, what it brought in, what we changed and what is next. Ready to take straight into a board meeting.

  6. 06

Handover, and it was yours all along

Ad accounts, audiences, creative files and tracking stay in your name. If you leave, you keep everything, not just the results.

  7. From you

What we need from you (it is a short list)

    • One decision-maker who can sign off
    • Admin access to the ad accounts and the analytics
    • An hour a month with whoever answers the enquiries
02Proof

Three accounts, and what the money actually bought.

Three ad accounts that were already spending, with the cost per lead before and after.

03Questions

Five questions that come with an ad budget.

Cost, timeline, team and scope are on the services page. These come up once money is going out.

No, we never bill it. You pay the ad platforms directly, and our fee does not grow with your budget, so we gain nothing from telling you to spend more.

You do, from day one. We work inside your accounts, so the audiences and history are always yours.

Usually six to eight weeks; a two-week result is mostly noise. If your budget is too small to tell, we will say so on the first call.

Then fixing tracking comes first, before any ad budget. Cookie banners, blocked scripts and phone enquiries all break it. We would rather spend a month making the numbers real than a year reporting ones nobody trusts.

Yes, and we plan them together. People who click an ad check your profile next, and an empty feed wastes the click you paid for.
